Our mission is to help our clients develop their business through first-class communication. We help them to develop an integrated and results-oriented communication strategy. At Akima, we firmly believe that fair pay, recognition, appreciation and trust are the most important factors in finding employees, retaining them for the long term and achieving success as a company. Of course, this also includes a balanced ratio of male and female managers – we at Akima live by this. Our management team consists of equal numbers of men and women, and all employees receive the same salary for equal qualifications and performance.

For us, however, sustainability goes beyond corporate management and the development of our customer and employee relationships. We use resources responsibly, which is why we support public transportation and donate to selected sustainability projects in Munich and the region every year.
